Terms and Conditions of signing up to Futures Fit training
Useful information about the training, fees and privacy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment in the training or course must provide notice in writing to hi@futures.fit.
Depending on when you cancel, you may be eligible for a refund:
- Cancellation received 90 days or more before scheduled start:
we will refund any monies paid, minus an administration fee of 10% of the course price. - Cancellation received 31-89 days before scheduled start:
we will refund any monies paid, minus 50% of the course price. - Cancellation received 0-30 days before the scheduled start date:
no refund available - full course price is due.
Changing booking dates:
At the discretion of the organisers, participants may be allowed to change their booking for a course at a later date, subject to availability.
By enrolling in courses offered by Suzanne Whitby and Futures Fit, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.
