The workshop itself runs across two sessions with structured work in between, taking a group from external sensing all the way through to strategic commitments. It starts before the workshop: I arrive with pre-researched, pre-clustered signals rather than a blank page, so the group spends its time interrogating and interpreting the landscape rather than generating raw data from scratch. The process ends with a Strategic Futures Map — a named output that connects the foresight work directly to the strategic choices your leadership needs to make.
