The “inner work” of being a futures & foresight practitioner (#004)
Being an independent futures and foresight practitioner can be difficult. The uncertainty, the isolation, the self-doubt (imposter syndrome, anyone?) that comes with doing work that's difficult to explain and harder to sell, and this is compounded in Europe where the market is less mature, and clients are harder to find. This session makes space for the conversation that doesn't always get had — about what sustains us, what wears us down, and what we've each found that helps. Perfect as one year draws to an end, and another one emerges from the horizon.
What to expect: an open session that gives us a better picture of what the "inner work" of being a futures & foresight practitioner involves, and ideas about how to sustain ourselves.
This event is online, free (and priceless).
