Few topics generate more anxiety — or more silence — among independent practitioners than pricing. This session brings it into the open: how do others price themselves and their projects, what works, what doesn’t, and why? As always, our focus is on what this means as a practitioner based in Europe, which means that we can’t rely on North American assumptions about pricing, and where different pricing strategies work (or don’t!) depending on where in Europe you are, not to mention your ideal clients. We’ll share approaches, test assumptions, and work through a practical framework together.
